Privacy

Hula Delivery runs online ordering pages for local restaurants. It is operated by Musubi Media LLC in Honolulu, Hawaii. This page explains what we keep when you order and what we do with it.

What we keep

• Your name and phone number, and your email if you give one.
• What you ordered, when, and the total.
• Your delivery address and any note for the courier, when you choose delivery.
• Your answer to our short feedback survey, if you fill it in.

Your card number is typed into the payment company's own secure field. We never see it and never store it.

Your phone remembers your last order and address so the next one is quicker. That stays on your phone; you can clear it by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Who sees it

• The restaurant you ordered from, so they can make and hand over your order.
• For deliveries, Uber Direct, whose courier brings the order: your name, phone, address, note and the items.
• The payment company the restaurant uses (Clover or Square), which takes the payment.
• Companies that run parts of the service for us — hosting, email and text messages — only to do that job.

We do not sell your information.

Text messages

We text you only if you tap a button for it after ordering. "Text me after my meal" gets one text about that order, after your meal, to thank you and ask for a review. "Text me deals" gets that restaurant's deals and specials, up to 4 a month, until you reply STOP. Each is its own yes. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the provider that delivers the messages for us. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.

Emails

If you give an email, we send your order confirmation and, about two hours later, one short survey. We don't add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for the order, refunds and our business records. Email support@huladelivery.com to see or delete what we have about you.

Children

Hula Delivery is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly keep their information.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
