Hula Delivery, operated by Musubi Media LLC, runs online ordering pages for local restaurants. By ordering through one, you agree to these terms.

The restaurant sells the food

The restaurant makes your food and sets its prices. The charge on your card comes from the restaurant. Ask the restaurant about ingredients and allergies before you order.

Prices and payment

Prices, fees, tax and tip are all shown before you pay, and the total you see is the total you are charged.

Pickup and delivery

Ready times are estimates. Deliveries are carried by independent couriers through Uber Direct; delivery times are estimates too.

Problems and refunds

If something is wrong with your order, contact the restaurant or email support@huladelivery.com. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

Text messages

Program: Hula Delivery order texts. If you tap "Text me after my meal" after ordering, we send one text to the phone number on that order: a thank-you with a link to leave a review, about two hours after your order (after your pickup time if you ordered ahead), never late at night. One text per order. We never text you about an order unless you tapped it for that order.

Restaurant deals by text

If you tap "Text me deals" after ordering, the restaurant you ordered from texts its deals and specials to the phone number on that order — up to 4 texts a month, between 9 AM and 8 PM Hawaii time, from that restaurant's own number. Each text starts with the restaurant's name. This is a separate sign-up from the thank-you text above: stopping one doesn't stop the other.

Limits

The ordering pages are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Musubi Media LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order.

Changes and law

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.
